Luxury & Customer Care major - 100% in English

During the first year of the Master’s program (semester 8), students choose a major that allows them to specialize in a field of activity in order to acquire new technical, sectoral and strategic skills with a view to employability and professional development.


In 1st year of Master, semester 7 consolidates the fundamentals of budget management and deepens the concepts of management and marketing and reinforces the exploration of New Business Models. Courses are taught in English or French.

From semester 8 until the end of his studies, the student specializes by choosing a major.

Objectives of Luxury & Customer Care major :

  • Prepare students for a successful start in the specific world of luxury: fashion, accessories, watchmaking, jewelry, perfumery, cosmetics, food, wine and spirits, hotels, restaurants, home, tableware, automobiles, etc.


In semester 7 during the 1st year of Master, you can study abroad with one of our partner universities. The training rhythm is concentrated on 3 days per week, allowing you to do an internship or other activities in your free time.

"It is a journey of initiation, for some a total discovery, which highlights the richness of this sector and the codes that are specific to it. It is a privileged time to dive into the heart of the trades, to understand the excellence of know-how and the power of creativity. It is also an opportunity to perfect specific skills (digital communication strategy, personal marketing, design and analysis of the customer journey) and to develop one's leadership by getting involved in transversal projects. The objective of the program is to enable graduates to integrate more easily into this sector, to know how to decipher the DNA of brands and their evolution, to develop their network through regular immersions in companies and to project themselves internationally by using English as a daily reference language.

" During this year, I was able to discover the history and culture of luxury through time. Thanks to Ms. Farez, the head of the Luxury major, we had the chance to visit the most beautiful haute couture, leather goods and jewelry houses in Paris. These visits were, without a doubt, the most impactful classes I have had in my schooling. This last year allowed me to open my eyes to the world and more particularly to the world of luxury and to apprehend my professional future more serenely. The synthesis seminar

Master’s thesis

Assessment of five years of study and professional experience in front of a jury composed of professors and graduates. The Master’s thesis includes the orals of the professional project, the report of the missions in the company and the thesis paper.

Grande Ecole program
