This contract is a three-way agreement between the school, the student, and the company represented by its OPCO (Skills Operator). It grants the student employee status and all associated salary benefits. Training costs are covered by the company, supported by its OPCO.
This agreement is a three-way agreement between the school, the student, and the company. It is signed for a maximum of six months (non-renewable) and allows the student to maintain their student status and all associated social benefits. The student will receive a negotiable internship allowance based on their profile.
Fixed-term and permanent contracts with alternating periods of work and training are accepted if they stipulate a work-study schedule aligned with training programs. These contracts are subject to the company’s Human Resources department. The minimum wage is the hourly minimum wage.
• Year 1: 2 days at school / 3 days at the company or 1 week at school / 2 weeks at the company
• Year 2: 1 week at school / 2 weeks at the company
• Year 3: 1 week at school / 2 weeks at the company
• Year 1 & 2: Initial training only
• Year 3: 1 week at school / 2 weeks at a company
• Year 4: 1 week at school / 2 weeks at a company
• Year 5: 1 week at school / 2 weeks at a company
MBA 1 & 2: 1 week of school / 3 weeks of company
