Grande École Program
3rd year
In the third year of the Grande École Program, students will consolidate their managerial, strategic, and operational skills while immersing themselves in complex professional projects. They will lead transformations, analyze the overall performance of organizations, design advanced management tools, and audit real-world activities.
This year also prepares them for high-level professional communication in French and English through practical exercises and team projects. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in an exchange program at a partner European university during the second semester, enriching their international perspective and allowing them to experience managerial practices in a different context.
Curriculum
Program
In the third year of the Grande École Program, students will strengthen their expertise in management, strategy, and administration, while applying their knowledge to real-world business situations. This year is designed to develop their autonomy, critical thinking skills, and ability to make decisions in complex and changing environments.
The program allows students to work on flagship projects: 360° organizational analysis, leading digital and sustainable transformations, developing strategies, and writing a research paper on a complex issue. Students will also have the opportunity to spend a semester at a partner European university for an international and multicultural experience.
The first semester will be primarily taught in French to solidify managerial foundations and professional projects. The second semester will be taught in English to prepare students for international challenges and refine their professional communication skills in complex contexts.
Focus on Apprenticeships
Students will be able to follow a work-study program: 1 week on campus and 2 weeks in a company. This structure allows them to immediately put their learning into practice on real-world projects and strengthen their professional experience before entering the workforce.
