Methodology

A simple, structured & secure process

1. Receipt of the offer/requirement

You can send us either a complete offer (job description, skills, location, salary) or a simple brief. We can help you formalize the job description according to the desired level (intern/apprentice/junior employee).

2. Qualification & Profiling Call

We clarify your objectives, priority missions, essential skills, managerial environment, and success criteria. You validate the target profile: "must-haves," "nice-to-haves," and differentiating factors.

3. Search & Pre-selection

Activation of our pool of students and recent graduates, plus partner channels. Sorting and initial assessment according to your criteria.

4. Candidate Interviews

Structured interviews focusing on motivation, fundamentals, professional posture, and compatibility with your environment. Possibility of incorporating tests, practical cases, or role-playing exercises.

5. Reference checks (if desired)

We verify factual and professional points, with the candidate's agreement, to ensure a secure recruitment process.

6. Organization of company interviews

Shortlist presented and scheduling coordinated (in-person or video). Candidate preparation and follow-up on feedback for quick adjustments.

7. Administrative & Financial Support

We help you with the choice of device, the contractual steps, the timetable, the documents to be provided and the financing to facilitate the signing.

8. Onboarding & monitoring

Regular start-up and monitoring. Assistance in quickly resolving any potential problems. In the event of a job renewal or upgrade, the cycle can restart more quickly and efficiently.

We do everything we can to ensure that every prospective work-study student has all the tools they need to succeed in their search and find a placement.

Workshop & CV

These workshops allow students to review their job search and optimize their CV and cover letter. We make it a point to have a recruiter participate in each workshop to introduce students to recruitment techniques and prepare them for different types of interviews. Job dating

Meeting & Interview

Several times a year, ISTEC students are invited to meet with partner companies offering apprenticeships, internships, and fixed-term contracts at job fairs, either in person or remotely. After a presentation of the offer by the company representative, students have a 7-minute interview with their potential recruiter.
