PGE 1 (Foundations & Methods)
• Analyzing a simple problem using management science methods,
• Mini-project in organizational observation,

• Market/environment and initial performance indicators,
• Business English.

PGE 2 (Advanced Tools, Problem Definition, Transformation)
• Advanced digital tools for operational analysis,
• Seminar on analyzing complex problems,
• Methodology and structuring a preliminary thesis,
• Transformation in a professional context, strategic recommendations,
• Operational management, dashboards, quality/compliance,
• Soft skills/collaboration, team management.

PGE 3 (Decision-Making, Digital Transformation, Audit/Risk)
