The PGE program aims to train managers capable of:

PGE 1 (Foundations & Methods)

• Market/environment and initial performance indicators,

PGE 2 (Advanced Tools, Problem Definition, Transformation)
• Advanced digital tools for operational analysis,
• Seminar on analyzing complex problems,
• Methodology and structuring a preliminary thesis,
• Transformation in a professional context, strategic recommendations,
• Operational management, dashboards, quality/compliance,
• Soft skills/collaboration, team management.
PGE 3 (Decision-Making, Digital Transformation, Audit/Risk)
• BI / Automation / Data Governance,
• Resolution of complex, interdisciplinary cases,
• Digital transformation projects integrating AI, sustainability, and change management,
• 360° overall performance, auditing and risk anticipation,

From the fourth year onwards, the Grande École Program (PGE) is organized into major departments, each focusing on:
