Program
The Management & HR track is designed to provide a comprehensive view of the HR function and organizational transformation. It covers both strategic and operational aspects, addressing talent management, team performance, and the development of individual and collective skills. Courses enable students to acquire methods for managing HR projects, designing and implementing operational systems (recruitment, training, compensation, performance evaluation), and building comprehensive and international HR strategies.
Organizational analysis, the creation of HR dashboards, the development of applied research papers, and workshops conducted in English strengthen the ability to make informed decisions and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Students work on real-world case studies, compliance audits, employee development plans, and transformation projects, fostering an integrated and professional approach.
Focus on Projects & International
Projects offer the opportunity to put acquired knowledge into practice: building HR systems, conducting compliance audits, creating dashboards and reports, and developing development plans to strengthen employees’ soft skills. Group projects and workshops also allow students to simulate complex situations, manage teams, and develop managerial skills in real-world, international contexts. Work in English provides an opportunity to experience HR communication in a multicultural environment.
In the second semester of the fourth year, students have the opportunity to study abroad at one of our partner institutions. href=”https://istec.fr/reseau-partenaire/”>university partners. The training schedule is concentrated on 3 days per week, allowing you to do an internship or other activities in your free time.
