Grande École Program
Entrepreneurship & Innovation
The Entrepreneurship & Innovation specialization in the 4th and 5th years of the Grande École Program aims to structure, design, and manage a comprehensive entrepreneurial project, from identifying an opportunity to its operational, financial, and strategic implementation.
It is based on a holistic approach integrating innovation, strategic analysis, economic modeling, financial management, leadership, legal compliance, and international communication. Emphasis is placed on experimentation, prototyping, data analysis, and the ability to formalize a coherent and structured strategic vision.

Program
The specialization covers all the stages of building an entrepreneurial project. Market analysis and opportunity identification form the starting point, followed by the design of a robust business model, the formalization of a strategic vision, and the development of a structured financial plan.
Digital prototyping and the creation of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) rely on the use of no-code tools, wireframing, and user testing. The pedagogical approach combines practical workshops, case studies, presentations, and applied projects.
Developing an entrepreneurial mindset, team management, governance, and stakeholder engagement complement the strategic dimension. Performance is monitored through key indicators, while legal, tax, and social considerations are integrated to secure the project during its launch phase.
The specialization also incorporates an international dimension through the practice of entrepreneurial Business English and preparation for exchanges with international investors and partners.
Focus on Projects & International
The specialization is based on the progressive development of a structured entrepreneurial project. The creation of an MVP, the development of a comprehensive business model, the construction of a projected financial plan, and the formalization of an initial strategy constitute the core deliverables of the program.
Agile project management, the integration of legal and tax considerations, the implementation of performance indicators, and the preparation of a professional pitch deck allow students to articulate their strategic vision and operational implementation. All of this culminates in formal presentations and evaluations, consolidating the overall coherence of the entrepreneurial project.
