Program

This specialization covers all the financial and legal skills necessary to operate effectively in sensitive and regulated environments. The curriculum combines quantitative finance, advanced modeling, auditing and control, compliance, and the management of financial and digital transformation projects.

Practical work includes financial data analysis, the creation of automated dashboards, the writing of applied reports, and the management of financing or audit projects. Sessions conducted in English enable students to produce professional reports and presentations for an international context, while case studies develop ethical and strategic decision-making skills.

Focus on Projects & International

The projects aim to develop operational and strategic expertise. They include the design of financial models (DCF, LBO), conducting audits and internal control missions, developing comprehensive financial strategies, and implementing compliance mechanisms.

Students work on real or simulated cases, incorporating risk analyses, investor reporting, and recommendations for complex financial decisions. Workshops in English allow them to prepare presentations for international stakeholders.

In the second semester of the fourth year, students have the opportunity to study abroad at one of our partner companies. href=”https://istec.fr/universites-partenaires/”>university partners.
