Program
Semester 5 allows students to master the operational fundamentals of Human Resources. They conduct applied HR research, use professional English to address common HR situations, and understand HR functions and their role within the organization. They also integrate social CSR issues, analyze the legal and social environment of work, and develop their ability to manage a recruitment process, handle payroll, and manage internal operations.
Semester 6 focuses on strategic management and the managerial dimension. Students analyze HR data and develop management tools, write and defend their professional thesis, use advanced English to address complex HR topics, and present projects in both French and English. They further develop their team management skills, implement workforce planning and training policies, contribute to social dialogue, and design concrete HR projects, such as onboarding or employer branding.
Focus on Apprenticeships
For students choosing the work-study program, the schedule is either 2 days at school / 3 days at a company or 1 week at school / 2 weeks at a company. This format allows them to apply their academic learning to real-world professional situations.
At the company, students can participate in recruitment campaigns, personnel administration and payroll, implement HR management tools, contribute to training or workforce planning projects, and engage in social dialogue and team management.
This gradual immersion fosters the development of concrete managerial skills and a responsible professional approach, while also enhancing employability.
