Bachelor in Management Communication & Influence

The Communication & Influence specialization in the third year of the Istec Bachelor’s program trains professionals capable of designing and managing 360° communication strategies, analyzing media performance, and effectively influencing diverse audiences.

This program develops skills in digital communication, visual and video content production, online reputation management, media strategy, and responsible communication. Students also learn to work in multicultural contexts through professional English applied to communication and acquire a strategic vision of the communication mix.

Program

Semester 5 allows students to master the fundamentals of digital communication and influence. They produce professional visual and video content, conduct applied communication research, use professional English in a communication context, and integrate ethical and responsible practices. They also learn to optimize the communication mix, stay up-to-date with the societal context, manage online reputation, and prevent digital crises, all while building a 360° communication strategy.

Semester 6 focuses on the operational implementation and management of campaigns. Students master the online and offline media mix, analyze the performance of communication activities and produce reports, write and defend a thesis, pitch and recommend strategies in French and English, use advanced English for communication, analyze the legal framework, and manage a complete media plan with campaign implementation.

Focus on Apprenticeships

For students choosing the work-study program, the schedule is either 2 days at school / 3 days at a company or 1 week at school / 2 weeks at a company. This format allows them to immediately put the skills acquired in class into practice in a professional context.

At a partner company or agency, students can participate in the production of digital content, manage media campaigns, analyze performance, manage online reputation, and contribute to the overall communication strategy. This immersive experience fosters the development of concrete operational skills and a responsible professional approach.
