Bachelor Full English
2nd year

The second year of the Bachelor in Management (English Track) builds upon the professional and analytical skills acquired in the first year. Students master advanced digital tools (CRM, CMS, Analytics, AI), collect and analyze data to support decision-making, and develop their ability to structure and defend advanced research.

They continue to refine their French and English language skills in complex professional situations and are progressively given responsibility for project management and leadership. This year combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and immersion in real-world professional practices to prepare them for the specializations offered in the third year.

Semester 3 introduces advanced digital tools and data analysis and visualization techniques to support professional projects. Students begin structuring their dissertations and developing advanced communication skills for argumentation and negotiation.

Semester 4 focuses on field experience and the application of analytical and managerial skills: project management, financial analysis, marketing strategy optimization, and the development of a sustainable business plan. The goal is to transform professional experiences into concrete skills, while consolidating communication and leadership abilities.

Marie GEMARD - Diplômée Bachelor en Management - Promotion 2021

I discovered that ISTEC offers the option of pursuing a work-study program from the very first year, which immediately appealed to me. The school provides individual support in finding work-study placements (dedicated website, career workshops, job fairs, etc.). The courses are practical, varied, and taught by engaging professors who are attentive to the students’ needs. Student participation in the various student associations allows us to quickly integrate into the school community. Thanks to ISTEC, I have acquired numerous professional and personal skills, and I am already looking forward to my second year!
