The Humanism & Management Day is an annual event at ISTEC Business School that showcases original and innovative research in management, marketing, and organization.

It provides a platform to present academic work and foster exchanges between researchers, practitioners, and students around the human and societal challenges in organizational management.

Call for papers

The Humanism & Management Day is certified by the FNEGE (French National Foundation for Management Education) and benefits from the support of recognized scientific journals. For over sixty years, the Revue des Sciences de Gestion (RSG) (Journal of Management Sciences) has provided a platform for original and innovative research in management.

It is a partner of the Humanism & Management Day and, with the authors’ consent, will publish a special issue on “Humanism & Management” featuring three or four of the best papers presented at the event.

The journal Question(s) de Management (QDM) also contributes to promoting research on the impact of societal transformations on organizational management and will publish the selected papers from the Day.
