The Istec Bachelor’s program trains operational professionals capable of meeting the needs of companies in the fields of marketing, sales, communication, management/finance, HR, innovation, and project management.
The program combines a competency-based approach, regular practical exercises, and, depending on your chosen path, a work-study experience.
Objectives included in the description: acquire solid fundamentals in management, master professional tools and communication, structure a coherent career plan, and integrate ethics and responsibility into practice.
• Lead qualification, CRM support, segmentation, campaign analysis
• Participation in an acquisition/retention plan, KPI tracking
• Content production (visuals/videos), multi-channel adaptation
• Contribution to a 360° communication strategy, performance monitoring, reporting
• Online reputation management support / digital crisis prevention
• Support for financial analysis, diagnostic development, and the formulation of recommendations
• Process mapping, job descriptions, workforce planning/skills support according to level
• Market research, business model, business plan, pitch (in French and/or English depending on the context)
Depending on the program and schedule, the work-study program can be organized on a weekly basis (e.g., 2 days at school / 3 days at the company) or in blocks (e.g., 1 week at school / 3 weeks at the company).
The key point: the official work-study schedule is provided by the CFA (Apprenticeship Training Center) and serves as a reference for both the employer and the apprentice (the first period may begin at the company or at the CFA, depending on the organization).
To ensure skills development, Istec uses a learning log, a tool for communication between the company, the apprentice, and the training center. It formalizes progress, completed tasks, and their connection to the training program.
