Obtained following rigorous evaluation processes, they attest to the quality of teaching, the relevance of research, and the coherence of Istec Business School’s academic and institutional strategy.
These official recognitions guarantee the value of the degrees awarded to students, companies, and partners, and enhance the school’s attractiveness in the higher education market.
Its mission is to define the conditions for awarding the Master’s degree to higher education institutions in business and management, as well as to reassess the accredited degrees of higher business institutions. The duration of the CEFDG accreditation varies from one to five years, depending on the evaluation of the quality of the training or degree.
In 2023, the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation renewed the Bac+5 accreditation and Master’s degree for Istec’s Grande Ecole Program.
In 2025, Istec obtained Bac+5 accreditation for its MBA programs and a Bachelor’s degree for its Bachelor in Management program.
Istec is a member of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE), which brings together 38 leading French business schools recognized by the State and authorized to award a Master’s degree (bac+5). These schools represent the benchmark in their fields of study, both in France and internationally.
It is recognized globally as an accreditation body for business schools, their programs, and corporate universities. EFMD is a network of schools and companies that strive to develop socially responsible leaders and managers, and that seek networking opportunities.
As part of its ambitions, Istec has been engaged in this accreditation process since 2023. Currently an EFMD member, we aspire to obtain full accreditation soon.

This label is awarded by Campus France and is valid for four years. Institutions that receive it must demonstrate their commitment to providing a high-quality welcome to international students by implementing specific programs and offering activities tailored to their needs.
