针对传统工商管理学术体系在当今复杂社会环境，特别是在新冠“后疫情时代”以及单边主义盛行的国际环境下出现的各种弊端和不足，进行管理创新的理论研究并结合企业工作实践的落地运用。同时，整合国际视野的管理理论创新研究和中国特色的管理方法论创新研究，培养出具备全球化发展能力并掌握工商管理方法论创新工具的企业家或高级管理人才。

This programme is designed to address the shortcomings of the traditional academic system of business administration in today’s complex socialenvironment, especially in the post-epidemic era and the international environment where unilateralism is prevalent, and to conduct theoretical research on management innovation and its practical application in the workplace. At the same time, the programme integrates research on management theory innovation from an international perspective with research on management methodology innovation with Chinese characteristics, so as to train entrepreneurs or senior management personnel who have the ability to develop globally and master the tools of business administration methodology innovation.
