With both finance and management as key orientations, the aim is to develop industry leaders with management skills and financial expertise. Students will not only gain advanced knowledge of finance in the classroom, but also acquire the research skills to carry out independent and complex financial projects. Under the programme’s training objectives, tutors will focus on helping managers acquire different types of financial tools, including valuation,capital budgeting and structuring, working capital management, and multinational concepts, to maximise the value of their companies. Through this degree programme, participants will gain a more specialised insight into financial management in financial institutions, consulting firms or government agencies. This programme will enable Chinese entrepreneurs and executives in the financial sector to further develop their decision-making and leadership skills and management skills, expand their international expertise in management and finance, and become a business leader with solid theoretical and practical skills and a global perspective.

Course Introduction: With both finance and management as the main directions, the aim is to cultivate industry leaders with management talents and financial expertise. Students can not only acquire advanced knowledge in finance in the classroom, but also acquire research skills to carry out independent and complex financial projects. Under the training objectives of this project, the mentor will focus on helping managers acquire various types of financial instruments, including valuation, capital budgeting and structure, working capital management, cross-border concepts, etc., to maximize their company value. Through this degree program, students will gain a more specialized understanding of financial management in financial institutions, consulting firms, or government agencies. Through the study of this project, entrepreneurs and executives in the Chinese financial industry can further improve their decision-making and leadership abilities, as well as management skills. They can expand their international professional knowledge in the fields of management and finance, and become a business leader with a solid theoretical foundation and practical skills, as well as a global perspective.
