MASTERING THE SKILLS OF THE CHOSEN JOB ROLE
Objectives: specialising in a specific job role, becoming fluent in the knowledge and practices of the specialisation, producing measurable results. The programme is designed to effectively facilitate students’ integration into the professional world.
Block release curriculum (under an alternating professional training/study or work placement/study contract)

- The third year is an opportunity for hierarchical progression for involved students. This year sees the materialisation of the projects of students in associations, who can take up posts of high responsibility and manage teams of 10 to 80 students, while also managing the budgets that are allocated to them. It is a year of taking on responsibility and developing professionalism and commitment.

Sofia RADI – 3rd year
I joined ISTEC’s Bachelor’s degree programme in third year in the Business specialisation. Recruited under a block release arrangement as a marketing assistant in the Lafarge group, the highly practical teaching which was given, in particular commercial management and e-business, has really helped me to develop in terms of my goals.
This teaching and the personal monitoring that the lecturers gave us encouraged me to do my Master’s studies there, and I joined ISTEC’s Grande Ecole programme. I am starting my fourth year under a block release arrangement at Banque Postale Financement as an Operational Marketing executive. The block release arrangement has allowed me to develop in terms of autonomy and maturity.
