Launch of the marketing study for GreendOz’ with 2nd year Bachelor students

GreendOz’ is an exceptional start-up that produces organic vegetable flours by favoring short supply chains or through the recuperation of surpluses.

These mixes of gluten free, naturally coloured flour from organic farming, make it possible to bake, cook and design an infinite number of dishes. The product range includes flours as well as kitchen accessories. Sabine Andria, the founder is a nutritionist. She has taken part in numerous competitions focussing on innovation which help to promote her products and recipes.

Sabine Andria chose to work with ISTEC and commissioned the 2nd year students of the Bachelor Programme as consultants. Students will be making strategic recommendations on the positioning of the brand, and suggesting winning actions with B2B targets.

Several professors coach 4 teams on one of the 4 marketing themes identified. This breakdown theme by theme makes the individual support more efficient and allows for more in depth collaborative work. Finally, an inter-team challenge will be organized: the best team from each teacher will defend their proposals infront of Sabine … by video, of course ! The student’s creative side is tested during workshops and off course, a cooking competition!
